Leopard Print Cushions



a treat, not many more words to describe these muffins. Not only is the apple, but the spongy texture of the muffins. Together they make this recipe a real temptation.
RECIPE Ingredients


2 eggs 2 cups of coffee, sugar (200 g about )
6 cups flour (300 grams approx.)
2 cups olive oil (unos200 ml)
2 cups of milk (200 Ml about .)

2 teaspoons baking powder
The zest of ½ lemon
2 tablespoons apricot jam


Preparation Beat eggs and sugar with a rods until the mixture is creamy and white. Add oil, milk, flour, baking powder sifted and lemon zest. Peel the apple and cut into thin slices. Book a foil to decorate and add the rest of the dough, stirring gently. Fill the capsules
