Madeleine honey and lemon curd
Honey is a pleasure that offers a world of posibilidades.No but can only sweetens changing personality both sweet and savory dishes. Adding honey cakes and pies is achieved clammy texture that lasts several days.
Fluffy and delicious with a touch of honey and citrus fragrance. Nothing better for dipping in coffee or hot chocolate for an afternoon.
RECIPE
Ingredients 2 eggs 150 g flour
175 g sugar 90 g butter
The zest of one lemon
30 g of honey 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 160 ยบ.
Beat the eggs with sugar until we get a white mixture and add the lemon zest. Melt the butter with the honey and when it is warm, add to egg mixture.
Sift flour with baking powder and salt and add to the mixture. Distribute madein mold greased and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.
Unmold on a rack and let cool.
