RECIPE Ingredients
1 egg 3 egg yolks ½ pint of milk
1 lemon 1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 stick of cinnamon 5 tablespoons sugar
8 cookies
Preparation
Wash and dry the lemon and cut a piece of the shell. Dissolve cornstarch in 3 tablespoons of milk and pour the rest into a saucepan, add lemon rind and cinnamon and heat until it reaches to a boil. Remove from heat, remove the rind and cinnamon and let it become warm.
