Pear tart with chocolate sauce
Usually I like to share recipes that give good results with minimal time and effort, as I believe that food preparation should be nice and not take away a lot of our time.
This tart is a classic French pastry and a staple in bakeries all over France. It is a wonderful recipe.
This cake has two things I like: pears and almonds. A delicious combination that I really love.
RECIPE Ingredients
270 g wheat flour 140 g butter
75 g sugar 25 g ground almonds 1 pinch salt
1 egg
100 g of chocolate fondant
100 ml of cream
For the filling 3 pears
juice of 1 lemon 50 g butter
50 g sugar 50 g ground almonds 20 g flour
1 egg Preparation
Mix 250 g of flour, 130 g softened butter, ground almonds, sugar, egg and salt.
Work with hands until dough is smooth. Roll out dough on floured surface. Butter a pie pan and cover with pastry. Leave it in the fridge.
Beat softened butter with the egg and sugar. Add flour and almonds, stir and pour over the batter. Peel pears, cut them in half and sprinkle with lemon juice. Placing them on the filling with the flat side down. Bake in preheated oven at 180 ยบ, 30 or 35 minutes. Let stand and serve. Chop the chocolate, melt it in a water bath and add the cream. Mix and pour over warm cake. Source
