Cooking and eating is much more rewarding to write about it, although the blog is fun and meet many people.
I have so many recipes and dishes waiting to sit down and write about them ... but never seems to be enough hours in the day to do it.
I love this little space, my corner, my kitchen, but sometimes I can not spend all the time I would like. When I get up early I have time for everything but I just reneging on the pile of things that I need to do. Time is ticking and I find it difficult to complete all my plans. The next day, more of the same.
And today, I finally managed to make this cake in a while it appeared from nowhere, out of nowhere.
RECIPE
Ingredients 1 mango
3 eggs 250 g sugar 100 ml
cream
250 g flour 1 packet baking powder
grated lemon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 ยบ.
Peel and grate the mangoes. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with sugar until creamy white. Add the grated mango and the juice is released, the cream and lemon zest and continue beating 5 minutes. Sift flour with baking powder and add to the mixture slowly while beating. Add, with the help of a spatula, egg whites, slowly and stirring motion to the preparation.
Pour batter into a greased and floured pan.
Place in the oven and cook for half an hour.
